Supply Bay supplied custom scallop-pattern perforated metal panels for the Chai Chee Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP), contributing to the architectural enhancement of public spaces within the residential estate.

The custom perforated panels feature a distinctive scalloped pattern, introducing visual rhythm, texture and architectural character to the neighbourhood environment. Custom-fabricated to meet the project's design specifications, the metal panels demonstrate the versatility of decorative perforated metalwork in public housing upgrading and community infrastructure projects.

The Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP) is an HDB initiative aimed at enhancing older public housing estates through improvements to shared amenities, communal spaces and neighbourhood facilities. Such upgrading works create opportunities for customised architectural metalwork, including perforated metal screens, decorative cladding, privacy panels and other fabricated metal features that complement the surrounding built environment.

Through this project, Supply Bay demonstrates its capability to support HDB upgrading works, NRP projects and public-sector infrastructure improvements with custom perforated metal panels tailored to architectural specifications and contractor requirements.
