Aesop’s festive campaign, A Gift-Giving Spectacle, brought a series of custom laser-cut metal ornaments and in-store installations to Aesop stores across Singapore and Thailand. Supply Bay was engaged to fabricate and supply these precision components, supporting the brand’s distinctive approach to materiality, craftsmanship, and seasonal storytelling.

Each ornament was produced using laser cutting techniques to achieve intricate detailing, fine geometries, and consistent repeatability across multiple units. Tight fabrication tolerances were critical to ensure uniformity, especially for elements intended for installation across different store environments.

The final pieces were integrated into retail displays and spatial installations, enhancing the in-store experience while maintaining alignment with Aesop’s minimalist and design-led identity. The project demonstrates how laser-cut metal can be used to translate conceptual retail design into precise, high-quality physical forms.
