JTC CleanTech 3 exemplifies forward-thinking design within Singapore’s Jurong Innovation District, where sustainability and innovation converge. Supply Bay was engaged to supply expanded metal and perforated metal for both facade applications and stair railings, supporting a cohesive design language across the development.
Selected for their durability and sustainable material efficiency, our metal panels contribute to reduced material waste while offering long-term performance with minimal maintenance. The façade panels enhance natural ventilation and help reduce solar heat gain, improving overall energy efficiency, while the expanded metal stair railings provide a safe, robust, and visually lightweight solution.
