An upcoming boutique hotel along Cavan Road reimagines a conserved warehouse into a contemporary eight-storey development, complete with a swimming pool, ancillary facilities, and a multi-storey carpark.
Supply Bay was engaged to supply fine expanded metal mesh for the lift lobby, contributing to the project’s interior fit-out and A&A works. Selected for its lightweight strength and material efficiency, the super-thin expanded mesh introduces texture and depth while maintaining durability and ease of maintenance.
