Sceneca Residence (景乐苑) is a mixed-use condominium development by MCC Land at Tanah Merah Kechil Link. It comprises 268 residential units and approximately 21,528 sq ft of commercial space on the ground floor. Supply Bay supplied custom perforated aluminium panels. The panels were designed to complement the development’s contemporary architectural language while supporting performance in a high-rise residential environment.
Fabricated to 1,000mm × 2,700mm × 3mm thick, the panels feature a 5mm diameter perforation in a 60-degree staggered arrangement, providing a balanced open-area distribution that enhances ventilation, light filtration, and visual depth. Finished with a two-sided powder coating in Telegrey, the system delivers a consistent and durable surface suited to Singapore’s external conditions. (Photo credits: MCC Land)
